ರೇಷ್ಮಾ ಔರ್ ಶೇರ 'ಷೋ ಬಿಸಿನೆಸ್' ನಲ್ಲಿ ಏಳು-ಬೀಳುಗಳು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ. ಅವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಸಮಾನ ಮನಃ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಿಂದ ಎದುರಿಸಿ, ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕಾಯುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಮಾತ್ರ ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಸಿದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಅದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆತ/ಆಕೆಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಕೆಲಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸ್ಥೈರ್ಯ, ಆತ್ಮ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿರಬೇಕು. ಕಷ್ಟಸಹಿಷ್ಣುವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ತನ್ನ ತೃಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸದಾ ಒರೆಹಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡು ಅದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಗಟ್ಟಿಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿಮುಂದೆ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು. ರಾಜಸ್ಥಾನ್ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜೈಸಲ್ ಮೆರ್ ಸಮೀಪದ ಬಿಸಿಲಿನ ಬಿಸಿಮರಳಿನ ಗುಡ್ಡೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಗುಡಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಟೆಂಟ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಮಯ ಕಳೆಯಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ಒಳಗೆ ಯಾವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾದ ಜೀವನ-ಮೂಲ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳೂ ಇರದೇ ಕ್ರ್ಯುನ ನಾಲ್ಕುಜನರ ಜತೆ ಕಳೆಯುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು ೧೯೬೮-೬೯ ರಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕಾಸ್ಟಿಂಗ್ ನಡೆದರೂ ಅಮಿತಾಭ್ ರ ನಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಜನ ಇನ್ನು ಪರದೆಯಮೇಲೆ ನೋಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಇನ್ನು ಸಾತ್ ಹಿಂದುಸ್ಥಾನಿ ಚಿತ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ೧೯೭೧ ರಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆಯಿತು. ಅಮಿತಾಬ್ ಗೆ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸಮಾಡುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರ ಪರಿಚಯವೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರ ಒಂದು ಹ...

After retirement from the Central Government service !
This was really a thing to be decided. I'm not a Scientist where I can join the same office, and get two year's extention work line our office or BARC and other organisations. From my childhood days, I was interested in reading books, magazines and able to write a few things. But I was not sure about my ability to write with certainty on many issues including my subject which I pursued for 3 and half decades. So, my first thing was to read as many books and periodicals as possible. But due to my difficulty of eye sight, I was not able to read a lot. So I resorted to hearing and watching on You tubes. Thanks to the You tube technology. ನಮ್ಮ ಆಫೀಸ್ ನಿಂದ ನಿವೃತ್ತನಾದ ದಿನದಂದು ! ನಾನು ೧೯೬೭ ರ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ೫ ರಂದು, ಕಾಟನ್ ಟೆಕ್ನೋ ಲಾಜಿಕಲ್ ರಿಸರ್ಚ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬೋರೇಟೋರಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಸರ್ಚ್ ಅಸಿ ಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಟುಂಗಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಏಡೆನ್ ವಾಲಾ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಕಾಲಾಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಬೆಳೆದು ಸೇಂಟ್ರೆಲ್ ಇನ್ಸ್ಟಿ ಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ರಿಸರ್ಚ್ ಆನ್ ಕಾಟನ್ ಟೆಕ್ನೋಲೊಜಿ ಎನ್ನುವ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧಿ ಹೊಂದಿತು. ನಾನು ೩೭ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ತರುವಾಯ ನಾನು ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ಟೆಕ್ನಿಕಲ್ ಆಫ್ಸರ್ ಆಗಿ ೩೧, ಜನವರಿ, ೨೦೦೪ ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತನಾದೆ. ಆಫಿಸಿನಗೆಳೆಯರು ನನಗೆ ಬಿಲ್ಗೊಡುಗೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ನಂತರ ಆಫೀಸಿನ ಗಾಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಮನೆಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದರು. ಕೆಳಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಫೋಟೋದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಣಬಹುದು. I was hospitalized during 1970s, then I was a bachelor ! I joined Technological laboratory, on 5th, Sept, 1967. Worked as Research Assistant. All the entrants were given that designation, irrespective their qualifications. I was a diploma holder in Textile technology (Yarn making) Many degree holders were called for the interview. They used to come. But after working for few months, they used to leave the job. Bombay had nearly 70+ textile mills, and a big man power was needed. So the degree holders from VJTI, used to join mills. They were elevated to the posts of Managers and executives. My background : I coming from South, had many drawbacks, Knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi was not there. Since coming from a village I lacked general knowledge, besides, my IQ was less than the average.
