ಕಾಳಘಟ್ಟದ ಪರಿವಾರದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು :

 ಕಾಳಘಟ್ಟ ಹೊಳಲ್ಕೆರೆ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಒಂದು ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಹಳ್ಳಿ. ಹೊಲಲ್ಕ್ರೆರೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ನಾವು ಮಿಡಲ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಎಲ್ಕ್ಟ್ರಿಕ್ ಲೈಟ್ಸ್ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಡಾಂಬರ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಲ್ಲ. ರೇಡಿಯೋ ಕೂಡ ಎಲ್ಲೋ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನು ಕಾಲಘಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಲ್ಲೇ ಕನಸು. ಬಂದದ್ದು ತಡವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾದದ್ದು ವೈದ್ಯರನ್ನು ಕಾಣಲು ಹೊಳಲ್ಕೆರೆಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಮದುವೆಯ ಬಳಿಕ : ಶ್ರೀ ಗೋವಿಂದ  ರಾಯರು, ಶ್ರಿಮತಿ.  ಸಾಕಮ್ಮನವರು, ನಾಗಮ್ಮ,  ರಾಜಣ್ಣ,ನಾಗರಾಜ್,  ಗಂಗಮ್ಮ, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುಬ್ಬಕ್ಕನವರು,  ಶ್ರೀ ತಿಮ್ಮಪ್ಪಯ್ಯನವರು,   ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್, ಸರೋಜಾ, ಗೋಪಾಲ, ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್, ಮೊದಲಾದವರು 

                            ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗಿಂತ ಎದ್ದು ಕಾಣುವುದು ಚಿ. ಶ್ರೀದೇವಿಯ ಚಿತ್ರ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಲ್ಯಾಬೋರೇಟೋರಿಯ ಬಂಗಾರದ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಕಂಡ, ನೆನಪಿನ  ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಾಯಿತು.

ವಿಕಿಪೀಡಿಯ ಕಮ್ಮಟ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜರುಗಿತು. ನನಗೆ ಆಹ್ವಾನ ಬಂದಿತ್ತು ಆದರೆ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ  ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ  ಅಂಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಮೃತಿ ಚಿನ್ಹೆ, ಒಂದು ಟಿ ಶರ್ಟ್, ಹಾಗು ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆಯ ಪತ್ರ ಬಂತು.
ಮುಂಬಯಿಯ ವಿ.ಜೆ.ಟಿ ಐ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ವಿಕಿಪಿಡಿಯದ ದಶಮಾನೋತ್ಸವದ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ ಆಚರಣೆ ಜರುಗಿತು. ನಾನು ಒಬ್ಬ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ !

Visit to Komarana halli. :
we were always thinking of going to Komarahalli mutt. During my younger days, when Janatte, and Ratnamma came to Holalkere, they were telling so many instances which was in my sub conscious mind. Always I used to say myself why cant we visit some time komaranahalli. This time, Shri Ananth and sow. Vijayamma said the place is not far away and we can visit this time. He was retired and was able to spare his valuble time for us. So we left for Komaranahalli and stayed there for two days.
Shri. Shamanna also came there. The Ashram is well place on the main high way going to Harihar. The campus has a beautiful Coconut garden and the place was  green. We attended bhajans, pooja and the meals was very delicious.

    Good olden days. people were good. world was less crowded. They call it, development was not there. Now, I think development means, more pollution all kind, and less living space, and more commotion, etc etc.

Job in the Textile mill at Bombay.

I was hospitalized during 1970s, then I was a bachelor ! I joined Technological laboratory, on 5th, Sept, 1967. Worked as Research Assistant. All the entrants were given that designation, irrespective their qualifications. I was a diploma holder in Textile technology (Yarn making) Many degree holders were called for the interview. They used to come. But after working for few months, they used to leave the job. Bombay had nearly 70+ textile mills, and a big man power was needed. So the degree holders from VJTI, used to join mills. They were elevated to the posts of Managers and executives.  My background : I coming from South, had many drawbacks, Knowledge of English,   Hindi and Marathi was not there. Since coming from a village I lacked general knowledge, besides, my IQ was less than the average.
